This sticky, gluttonous white rice cooks in 20 minutes and is ideal for making sushi, Asian-style risotto, and rice pudding.
The leaves and stems of edible species of bamboo are juiced for their chlorophyll. The chlorophyll is made into an extract that is then added during the milling process, imparting its nutrients and that gorgeous, earth, jade green color.
