Crimson clover has a mild nutty taste much like alfalfa sprouts with a larger sprout that sheds its hulls easier than alfalfa. Once sprouted they keep refrigerated longer than alfalfa sprouts. Delicious in soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Harvest in 5 to 6 days
