Ruby Beet organic -500 g

To be grown as Microgreen in trays using organic soil

If you are using a 10x20 tray soak approx ¼ cup of seeds for 4 hours

Hydrate soil prior to setting up trays
Place a layer of paper towel on the bottom of the tray that has holes
Fill your tray(with holes)to the top with soil
Sow your seeds in a single layer
Cover your seeds with another tray or with a black out dome
Check for water needs once a day
After 3-5 days direct trays to the light
Water from the bottom rather than the top

Harvest between 12-21 days.
