Ancient Minerals Magnesium Gel ULTRA combines the healing power of magnesium chloride with soothing, certified organic aloe vera extract and OptiMSM. OptiMSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) has long been revered as a superior form of sulfur supplementation, but topically it enhances cell membrane permeability and may facilitate more efficient uptakes of magnesium. This gel contains 100mg of magnesium per milliliter.

Suggested Use
Dispense desired amount into palm and massage gently over skin, without working it in completely. Repeat as necessary.
